Longterm Goals

- 10 Years development plan

A 10 years development plan to establish all key engineering BSc courses and also to increment of the number of postgraduate courses has been started in 1999. As well as the quantity, the development of the  education quality is a part of the plan.

- Academic Board Completion

Employeeing new academic staff, in particular for new majors such as chemical and biomedical engineering, mostly via providing various scholarship opportunities for the qualified applicants is one of the main objects of the faculty.

- New Buildings

A 3000 Sq Metter classroom and lab complex will be added to the current buildings before 2008.

- Research-Oriented Approach

Persuading and facilitating research is by all means considered as one of the most important tasks of the faculty.

- Academic-Industry Mutual Relation Development

As a faculty of engineering based on Isfahan, the heart of Iranian industry, the development of faculty - industry inter-relation is also one of our main targets to hit.

- General Academic Upgrading
